La Madame opened in the summer of 2011 with a novel concept for San Sebastian that in one place you could combine a restaurant, cocktail bar followed by a scene that carries on into the night.
La Madame was designed by one of the most prestigious studios in the country, Sandra Tarruella and team. Her forward thinking style combined with some retro-industrial touches hand-selected by La Madame make it different than any where else in San Sebastián.
The kitchen is directed by Kevin Patricio whose international experience and dedication to local ingredients reflects the dedication to a young, fresh and surprising cuisine.
Saturdays and Sundays days bring a new concept to San Sebastian: Brunch. A combination of breakfast and lunch, this style of dining offers an interesting alternative unique to the city.
The culinary experience is complimented by a well-curated wine list that is as interesting as it is a value. Further, the care put into the training and writing of the cocktail menu puts La Madame at the top of cocktail bars in the area. And finally, La Madame has one of the most interesting and diverse craft beer selection in the Basque Country boasting nearly 30 distinct beers of varying styles.
Each weekend La Madame offers La Madame Music Club, where at midnight DJs spin the best music to finish a night on the town.
Playing with fresh, local ingredients while utilizing international influences, the kitchen continues to create utterly unique and original dishes.
La Madame transforms itself at midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. The lights dim, the music gets louder, and the cocktails and music flow. La Madame draws some of the most followed DJs to keep you dancing through the night.
